Eligibility Criteria for Refund Claims:
Students may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Unsatisfactory Results: if our experts fails to meet your expectations mentioned in initial requirements, and you remain unsatisfied with the results, you are eligible for a refund.
- Missing Submission Dealines: On complete online class assistance, if your assigned expert failed to submit any homework or assessment on time affecting your final grades. You can avail a refund.
- Deviation in Commitment: If anything does not align with the initial commitment from our side affecting your class performance, a refund maybe considered.
- Guaranteed Grade Not Achieved: If upon agreement student was guaranteed a certain grade and the delivered services failed to attain, the student can claim for a partial or even full refund.
Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund:
The following circumstances do not warrant either a partial or full refund:
- Wrong Initial Requirements: If the initial requirements or information about class details and login info is incomplete or inaccurate leading to compromised results, the eligibility for a refund nullifies.
- Not Using Provided Material: Not using any study material for any particular reason provided by expert does not qualify for any type of refund either partial or full.
- Unauthorized Changes By Student: Performing any changes or involving with class without informing us, leading to unwanted results or consequences does not make the student qualify for any refund.
- Unresponsivenes From Student: In case of any issues or queries about your online class or exam the student will be contacted and if the student fails to respond on time leading to unsatisfactory or compromised results will not be our responsibility and no refunds will be considered.
- Change of Mind: No subsequent change of mind request will be entertained once the order is placed.
- Additions in Initial Requirements: Once the order is placed no more additions can be made without separate charges. In case an unsatisfactory result happens due to lack in initial requirements, no refund will be processed.
Please note: If you need any major changes after your order placement is complete additional charges will be required. We will not be responsible for any compromised results in case of failure to complete additional payments may.
A transaction fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount.
What Should I do After Sending My Request?
Our team will analyse your request in detail before coming up to any conclusion, this may take 3 to 4 working days. After your refund request is approved, the payment return may take a few days. Upon completion of your request the payment will be return on the same account by which the payment was made.
